RPK-74M and other 5.45 weapons

Not a single soul with the intent of winning a gunfight is ever going to touch these weapons as long as their TTK is this high, and nobody is gonna pick a gun that kills in 5 shots when there are alternatives that kill in 3 shots with similar rpm.
So an Idea I had to re-balance these guns to be something actually viable and not just worse than all the other weapons is to buff the 5.45 weapons to a 4 shot kill, but, reduce their damage fall off to a carbine/smg model. I cant do any testing myself so idk if this is a terrible idea or not but in the current state the 5 shot kill guns are just worse than the other guns. Sure they have almost no recoil but all the other guns don't have much recoil anyway so I can only imagine that the 5.45 guns are designed for players who suck at recoil control, and it doesn't even matter anyway because being more accurate for head-shots isn't going to do anything when the base mult is 1.34.
