Any idea how to get past the AI and actually talk to a human to discuss a problem with the game?
AI just keeps taking you to the same useless information that doesn't help you diagnose a fault!
How can you actually raise a case nowadays with AI .....BS?
For me the last human was BF4...
there is nobody to help u or take ur hands in EA. they ruined my account and I still have issue. sent them email.support. ticket. nobody answers. poor
I'm glad you eventually got through. If you need to contact them in the future, you could try https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/. I think that doesn't use the bot, but it might have been updated since I last used it.
I finally got an email and case number after trying different ways to act as thick as AI. Cheers for the info
I raised the following in the tech forum with no solution and other commenting with the same problem. My other games work ie BF 4, bf and 2042 but BF6 crashes after javelin anti cheat loads.

Since yesterdays weekly season 3 update every time I load the game (PC) it crashes back to the EA app with no error messages or conflicts visible.
I have followed the EA help and re-installed the javelin anti cheat with nil fix, I have no software conflict messages so now I haven't a clue what to do.
There are others with the same problem and no help to fix.
Contacting EA only takes me to AI crap that is no help at all and totally useless.
Brightfarter It depends on what you're trying to raise a case about. Quite often, you can get past the AI just by answering questions in a certain way, since its primary function is to define what the issue is so it can assign you to the right team.
What is the issue you're trying to contact them about?
yea all companies are like that now, steam.....epic.......ea. completely blows tho dont it..........sit there and pay money for something and have to wait weeks or a month or more for a reply on anything. and when you finally do get a reply form any kind of AI or human sitting in Bangladesh, its a HALFA$$reply from someone or something that doesn't even give 2 Fs........sad
Bit of a joke really, basically zero tech support for the game if its not in their help directory(like my issue). Cant find anywhere to raise a case anymore. They take your money and give you the "bird".
Other than emailing them, zero. It's the same with the vast majority of companies now, they all have a useless AI chatbot that are zero help.
Yep I should have said chat really, so any idea how I can raise a case ? AI chat keeps directing to the same pages that are a much use a a chocolate tea pot in heatwave.
