How did this player hit and kill targets without targeting?

Hi Everyone,

I was watching this video [link removed by CM - please report cheating through this link] and this player from 4:49 to 9:15 can hit and kill targets without correctly pointing at the enemies.

Is there a secret build or a type of bullets that the bullets can auto correct path and hit their targets?
