How do I get engineer specialist 2 if everyone Flys like their in the airforce?

I'm really considering deleting this game after 5 hours of none stop play to get 2 of 15 progress how do I get this done without ripping my hair out or just straight up deleting the game all together...

Be happy you got it only needing 15. I had to complete it when it was 50. It is doable, i have to get onto the highest point of a map and load up on as many rockets as possible. took me two weeks to do it.
