How Does This Happen?

Another cheating question- I was waiting for redeployment and spectating a teammate- A friend I was talking to via Discord. He was armed with an RPG when a hostile came around the corner. He hit the hostile dead center from about 20 feet and the hostile did not go down. We both yelled WTF!?!?!? at the same time. How does that happen . . ?

Well, that's just silly. Getting hit by an RPG should be instant death, just like a sniper head shot.

because they nerf'd it happens all the time you hit someone centre mass with RPG it does like 70 damage so no they wont drop and just brush it off and shoot you in the face as you either try to reload or switch weapon
