How to play PvP? Getting stuck in bot games.

Im stuck in bot games. LEVEL 20 all guns attachments unlocked. But all bots that beam. Please fix this issue. I have rebooted game reinstalled game tried everything I know. No I again repeat Im not in training in Featured Severs and also it and mode I pick. I can play one mode quite mid match and go to another same people in that game all bots. WHY?
