How to report Bug/Glitch-Users?

Community ManagerHi there. I had to remove the images since they showed player names. This is against our rule about "naming and shaming". As far as this issue goes though, it's being addressed in tomorrow's patch.
I'm sorry didn't knew that. But I see no way to report these players for that. So how should ppl like them get reported if we're not allowed to show proof?
