Huge problem with undetectable traps and reporting them

Im going to make your task guys, theres a couple of devices to hack being undetected by anti hacks, because they are not  sofware modification, thats why you anti hack cant detect it, they are external devices you conect to your controler to asist aiming, like one called "Zen" . i know you got a huuuuuuuge amount of confidence on your anti cheat but. they still being traps.

In one of my games i cach an enemy making traps on multiplayer, and i stop the game searching how to report, okey, no prob. but on net i find that you can only report al in game? and to report enemies you must instal an app on your celphone are you kidding mee?? , you must make enemy report easy!!!!!  

are you kiding me, and to make it more easy you should put kill cams, 10 seconds of enemy cameras to see how this guy kill you and in that kill cam, you must give the choice of reporting. users like me knows which movements are impossible for an human when moving the aim.
