I’m a Psychic, EA—Listen to This if You Want Battlefield 6 to Succeed
Hey Battlefield Devs
I had a dream last night and it has been stuck in my head ever since. In the dream I was flying in a helicopter into a Battle Royale arena in Battlefield 6. As I looked out at the chaos below, the iconic sound from the Battlefield 3 teaser was playing in the background. You probably know it already. It made me feel like I was about to enter a real warzone, not just a game.
Battlefield 3 - Teaser Trailer
And that is when I realized what is missing from Battlefield 6. That sound. That electric vibe. The energy. Battlefield has always been about more than just visuals and gameplay. The atmosphere, especially the music, is what made it feel legendary. That specific style of music with sharp electronic tones made you feel hyped, focused, and ready to jump into battle.
Battlefield 6 looks and plays great so far, but the music feels like it is trying to be something else. We do not want calm or cinematic Warzone-style tracks. We want Battlefield. Music that makes your heart race and your brain light up. The kind of sound that makes you feel like every second matters.
I am not asking for a full throwback to Battlefield 3, but I really believe Battlefield 6 would benefit from bringing back that electric intensity in the soundtrack. It is part of the identity of the franchise. It is what separates Battlefield from the rest.
If you want Battlefield 6 to truly stand out and succeed, bring back the sound that made it unforgettable.
