Does anyone know how long it takes to appeal a ban I am paralyzed from the neck down and have to use a special controller and they banned me for not being able to use a regular controller or because they don’t want disabled individuals to play their game any other disabled people having this issue
Thank you for responding this means a lot it’s been a few weeks and I haven’t heard anything I will for sure check back up

Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA to provide, as it depends on the number of cases that the team is actively investigating at the moment. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team.
