Sorry it happened but from their perspective it reasonably looks like racist hate speech and foul language at 1st glance.
Use Discord or something other than in game voice chat and definitely don't use the in game text chat. Probably best to turn it off or hide it in the options.
Unfortunately that's what the world is coming to.
That's why I can't understand why they gave me a 1 week ban if they only gave it a quick glance instead of actually looking into the case.
And I just have to understand that we live under the american world of everything can be taken as a offence.
From now on I'll just turn off the text chat as you recommend.

The guy used his name and actions purposely to rage bait and he got you.
And like I said before- best not to use text chat and just have fun. There's too much chaos in game to worry about names other than figuring out who is obnoxious on comms in order to mute them.
