Can't submit support request

The support case site doesnt allow me to hit submit. I've tried multiple times. This EA account that I'm posting from is my main account and it's linked to an old xbox account I don't use anymore. I have an older EA account connected to my main xbox account and I want my main xbox account linked to this EA account. I've tried contacting support to no avail and this is my last attempt.

Please EA reach out and help if you can.

    Hey Dyros_TT​,

    Do you get an error message when you try to hit submit? What happens exactly?

    Have you tried using a different browser or device? Clearing the browser cache might also help.

    If you get an error about the issue not being supported, please select a different issue while submitting the case here.

    It sounds like you don't have access to the EA accounts you need unlinked. Login issues would be the category for this.

    The staff here on the EA forums can't help you unlink and relink your accounts.

    If you have already tried the troubleshooting steps for unlinking issues here, one of our advisors will need to have a closer look at the accounts.

    I have access to all 4 accounts. Both EA accounts and both Xbox accounts. It doesnt give me an error at all it just doesnt let me click the blue submit button. I've tried everything.

    There are some limitations around unlinking and relinking accounts. For instance, when you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games. 

    You should be able to unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime. 

    That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

    Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account and link it to a new one, you can’t unlink it again for six months.

    As you have multiple EA accounts, please try reaching out to our Customer Support Team. It is necessary for an Advisor to review the accounts, and look into what can be done to consolidate your experience. We can't do that here on EA Forums, sorry!

    I've tried reaching out to the customer support team but the "submit" button turns blue after I'm done filling everything out but it doesn't do anything when I click on it. I tried submitting it from my phone and it went through but I got no notification that it did and when I checked my cases, it doesn't show.
