If you really are so low skill to play against others, maybe work on getting better, not making the skill ceiling so low it trivialises the games competitive integrity.
If you think everything around you should be made easier for the lowest kinds of people (anime pfp havers) the people who actually put in the effort to get better have no intensive to try, and if there is no incentive to try, then people resort to cheating or not playing.
