I’m requesting a refund for Battlefield 6 purchased via the EA App. I’ve played under one hour, but the game is extremely laggy and buggy, making it unplayable on my system. I understand your refund policy mentions a 14-day window.. it’s been 15 days since purchase — 14 days since the game’s release. Since my total playtime is under an hour, and it HAS been only 14 days, and the game hasn’t worked properly for me i'd appreciate a refund.

Far as I know they don't handle refunds or such through the forums.
I did and they sent me here and said community manager can help or something
Purchased October 10th only played on the 10th and have 36 minutes they said cant refund as i opened the application lol

You should try using the refund tool or try talking with EA support. I believe that you will not be able to refund your game if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
