I was just banned in bf6 for no reason

if you have somthing dowload you pc like cronus software u can get banned maybe for that or you have cronus innplug...

Hey, the same thing just happened to me lol. I’ve been playing since yesterday, and today I jumped into a match, played for a bit, and then suddenly got disconnected with a connection error. After restarting EA and launching Battlefield again, I found out I’d been banned for the exact same reason as you. I honestly have no idea what I did wrong. The only thing I can think of is that people might have mass-reported me since I went 39 to 2 in a tank, and maybe if enough reports come in within a short time, EA’s system automatically flags or bans you until someone reviews it.

I also opened a support ticket, but after submitting it, I never even got an email confirmation. I can’t see the case on the EA website either, and it doesn’t even show that I’m banned there. Pretty confusing situation overall.

I don't have a cronus I'm playing right now with the same controller I've been playing since yesterday day and I haven't been banned yet it's a bug bro. Yes cronus and ds4 windows will get you banned but dual sense x isn't a cheat app

dualsense x app triggered a false ban on my account it isnt classified by ea that it is a cheat software.

There’s no official information from EA on what software is or isn’t classified as cheat software, so how would you know?
They say the following in their user agreement: 

C. Monitoring and Anti-Cheat Measures

ⓘ EA installs software to detect cheating or hacking. These programs send data on your computer to EA.

EA utilizes technologies to detect and prevent cheating in the use of EA Services, and in particular, EA Games. These technologies may be developed by EA or a third party.

When you launch an online-capable game, these technologies may activate using kernel, admin or user privileges, and monitor and collect from your gameplay and device's RAM or other memory, processes, visuals, communications, and file storage for the purposes of detecting violations of, and enforcing, the Rules of Conduct in Section 6, including the use of Unauthorized Third-Party Programs. An Unauthorized Third-Party Program is a third-party program or file (such as an "add-on", "mod", "hack", "trainer", or "cheat") that EA believes (i) enables or facilitates cheating of any type; (ii) allows users to bypass, modify or hack the game interface, environment, protections and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by EA; or (iii) intercepts, "mines", or otherwise collects information from or through the game.

Now I’m not an expert on this but I can imagine that if this software can do stuff that is not present on a out of the box plug and play controller it will trigger the competitive advantage and as such is flagged as an unauthorized 3rd party program. 

I’m not questioning your integrity just trying to help clarifying the issue. I think it would help a lot if EA did provide a blacklist of software that will trigger anticheat.
