If your first C4 kills you, the others don't detonate. Detonate simultaneously

Stuck 3 C4 on a tank, detonated, the first C4 killed me, and the other two did nothing. Can't even suicide to get the tank now. Make them detonate simultaneously. This is frustrating.

Yeah they should all blow up together.

This probably explains why I only did 25 damage to a tanks rear with 3 sticks.
