I'm lost and so is my character

Alright so I had a friend help me out and he checked the store on his account to find the pack. It's called Alliance Strike. I was thinking blue sleeves but it was another skin I was interested in. It's the trapper assault skin that I bought. Now I do have a trapper skin for my load out but it is NOT the one they show in the picture. Not even close. So they said this. 

"I have just thoroughly discussed this with my team, and we all agree that this appears to be a significant concern that requires our immediate attention. We sincerely appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. To ensure I can provide you with the best possible assistance, I will be formally reporting this issue as a bug on your behalf. This will enable our dedicated game development team to thoroughly investigate the problem and, hopefully, find a swift and effective resolution for you."

"We will pass this along to the responsible team so they can investigate the issue. In the meantime, you may see an update in-game or on our social channels. Thanks for your understanding while we work to resolve this."

So I guess I wasn't crazy? I am hoping to get the skin that it showed. I don't use social media really so not sure how I'll know if anything comes of it. Really do hope I get the actual skin I wanted/bought. Sorry if this has already been posted about. I couldn't find much searching

Hello friend.

Penguin not fully sure what happened, but can recommend 6 steps to rule out common file synchronization issues, especially since what's visible to you isn't correct✅  This Penguin would personally do if being in the same situation 👇🐧

1. Re-power modem
2. Do a full power cycle on your PS5 system
3. Reset Network cache.
4. Restart system.
5. Restart game.
6 Play through a few full matches

Penguin also seen online cases where completing x amounts of matches also helped the servers sync properly.
If these steps don't help, Penguin recommend contacting support again and explain you have performed all the typical steps, it's pretty sad friend when paid content don't appear correctly or go missing.

This is what you can do from your end to Rule Out and ensure it's supposed to be ''bug free'' from your end at least, even if it doesn't solve the issue it still be valuable information to know if it's solely server related or not! ℹ️😀
