Hello friend.
Penguin not fully sure what happened, but can recommend 6 steps to rule out common file synchronization issues, especially since what's visible to you isn't correct✅ This Penguin would personally do if being in the same situation 👇🐧
1. Re-power modem
2. Do a full power cycle on your PS5 system
3. Reset Network cache.
4. Restart system.
5. Restart game.
6 Play through a few full matches

Penguin also seen online cases where completing x amounts of matches also helped the servers sync properly.
If these steps don't help, Penguin recommend contacting support again and explain you have performed all the typical steps, it's pretty sad friend when paid content don't appear correctly or go missing.
This is what you can do from your end to Rule Out and ensure it's supposed to be ''bug free'' from your end at least, even if it doesn't solve the issue it still be valuable information to know if it's solely server related or not! ℹ️😀
