In-game latency icons

Hi, is it possible to get clear and official communication about the latency icons that appear in the top left of my screen?

Like it was in BF4.

Unfortunately, on the Golmud Railway map, in the top urban area of this map in Conquest mode, D/E/F, many of us players are experiencing lag.
