Inconsistent Snipers

I've been thoroughly enjoying Battlefield 6, but whenever I decide to do some sniping I seem to always miss. I always play recon when using snipers, and just wanted to ask for some community feedback. Is it bloom, hit reg, or something else?

I've included a small clip of myself missing multiple unmissable shots whilst playing recon with a rangefinder, and only getting a 'suppression assist'. this happens multiple times a game when I play sniper. Any idea what the cause might be?
