Increase Pilot XP

Hello!

I don't know how many, if even anyone will see this, but I would love if pilots, especially in the case of the transport helicopter, got more XP.

Right now you only really get XP by getting assists through your gunners, but it's very small amounts we're talking about, and if I for example play a game of Battle Royale duo with a mate, he can get 20+ kills and me at 0, get a win with using the heli all the way through, but get almost no transport helicopter XP as the pilot.

Easy solutions would be things such as pilot XP for consecutive seconds flown,  consecutive low flying, or target locks avoided, etc. If a pilot if good enough to stay alive, they should at least get more XP than a gunner, no? After all, without the pilot, the gunner wouldn't get any kills?

Anyhow rant over from a pilot who is far, far, behind their gunner mate in transport helicopter level...
