I've about had it with online games.

So as a last ditch effort to at least give my opinion before calling it quits here we go. 

Background: 

     I have been playing since BF3 on PS controller. I'm 46 and have a full time job with kids. I was also in the Army 3/75 before online games kicked off. Having said that here are my gripes followed by my suggestions. 

Gripes:

1. Playing with people mostly just sucks now. Cheat controllers or modded hardware are too easy to find and buy. They don't even try to hide it anymore. So much so that I would rather play with bots offline. The game is fun when I get to play. The maps and art are well done. Its just the people.

Solution:          Make an offline mode.

       2. Vehicles / anti vehicle. You have guys out there that are really good with choppers and such that can fly below the deck so nothing can lock on. And tanks with 3 people repairing them. This is unrealistic. 

Solution:          Only carry one rocket but that rocket can disable the heavy armored vehicle and knock out the aircraft. 

     3. Portal is a good concept. Not enough options or instructions. 

Solution:           Make more templates and / or give more instructions. Also allow full xp on all portals. Do the unlocks give you an unfair advantage? Not really so who cares if people bot farm. I am not personally interested in farming but the fact that in order to stop them you have to screw everyone else out of xp is kind of lame. So just give it to them and in a couple of months those servers will be empty and you can shut them down. 

      4. Women, Men, and all the colors of the rainbow. Some of us want to play without hearing women scream about being down. Some of us want to be someone who looks like us. Its about immersion right? the skins make a lot of money right? There is the proof. 

Solution:          Make Sex and Race options. You cover their faces in most cases so just change the voice lines and the pigmentation. All good. 

   I guess that is the big stuff. I just want to make a hard core server where my couple of friends can play. and if no one is on we can play against bots until more people come in. All while still proceeding through the game getting unlocks.
