javelin/mas148 needs a look

Supposed to fire up then head to target for top down hit, but seems to miss a LOT. It can't be fired too close, but any small objects that breaks los for even a split second doubles the already long lock time.

Also trying to get the challenge for painted damage and it's also barely registering the few hits that do occur.
