Jet & heli gameplay are still in a horrible state

The main issue? TOW missiles. Aim-guided rockets should not one-shot helicopters in their current state, and maybe not even 1-shot jets. TOW missiles should deal at most 80% of a helicopter's health with how easy they are to hit and how spammable they are.

It should be blatantly obvious to anyone playing the game that an anti-infantry tank equipped with the TOW launcher is a better anti-air vehicle than the dedicated anti-air vehicle. How have you not fixed this yet? Have you not seen the tanks camping a hill on any open-field map, constantly launching 100s of TOWs at passing aircraft? The aircraft in this game are supposed to be the force keeping tanks in check, and yet it's currently the opposite.

For jets, the base AA is still clueless and doesn't defend you at all. Keeping track of the jet respawn timers in your head and spawnkilling enemy jets is still the best strategy - with absolutely 0 counterplay. Still no air radar. Jet vs jet gameplay still has next to 0 depth due to extremely stiff movement (unless playing stealth jet) and you still die instantly to other jets.

Side note: transport heli is still worthless if ANYONE has a single lock-on in the map.
