L85A3 Rebalance

The L85A3 as it stands does not have the correct Rate of fire that it should meaning that the weapon falls short in its ttk compared to other ARs, it would be great if the ROF was brought up to its irl standard of 750 rpm (More in line with the L85A2 from BF4) also the L85A3 currently suffers from having low damage and one of the slowest ROFs in the class making it kind of pointless. Hope this gets fixed
