When you search community servers with the community server browser, under modes & maps, select the breakthrough, conquest, and rush checkboxes (and battle royale, if you are into that), and then every server shown will have full XP. That will filter out all the portal custom bot and PVE experiences that don't have XP. Also, apply the 6-10 free slot filter if you want to filter out empty servers.
That's how you play with big groups in verified-mode servers with full XP. Or at least the easiest way. And you will stay in the same server, playing with the same people, and your party will never randomly break at the end of a match ever again.
Yeah but games can't actually commence unless the minimum player counts is met, which unless I'm mistaken is 8 and we only get 6 playing regularly. There's barely any servers with anyone in them at all. They need to populate with more bots so the game can actually start or reduce the minimum required

Join a server that already has players in it. I wrote sentence #3.

There are none as I wrote

At 5:50 in the morning of all times to look, in Central America of all places, I count 6 setvers with a population 3/4 full or fuller.
It can't be THAT bad wherever you are and at whenever reasonable time you want to play.
It is bad, yes, but it always has been. Who will create the population in community servers if no one will? Why even complain in the first place, if you already made up your mind not to use the solution available? I would say "ask" instead of "complain", but you already said in your firsf post that no one should bother trying to help you.

Look around at your fellow players. They decided not to use community servers, and now they have decided to stop playing.
At this moment, I count 8 verified-mode servers, with more than 40 players, with full XP in my area. All of those 300 or 400 players chose to play in community servers because of the experience advantages those servers provide. They are the minority. The majority just complain in the comments of youtube shorts about there being "no persistent servers" or "no server browser" and how terrible matchmaking is one of the reasons they stopped playing the game.
