Linked EA Games account compromized

Platform - Xbox Series X

All other games and purchases on my Xbox are just fine.

After some time of not playing I launch BF6 and get the message about account verification by code sent via email to so****@gmail.com

I have no and never had any email starting "so". It is not my address, it cound not come through the linked Xbox account.

Tried to connect with Xbox account via EA Games web - same story, code sent to so****@gnail.com.  No other working option.

Support AI chatbot cannot help and breaks every second step.

How to unlink my Xbox account from EA Games accout?

Can any human support me and unlink my Xbox account from that "so*****@gmail.com"?
