Linking/Unlinking Account

So the support team of EA is pretty bad one of them said i should come here and voice my problem.

So due to Battle field 6 i Created a Xbox account as i knew that battle flied 2024 and other are on there with the game pass so my thinking was that battlefield 6 would be on Gamepass aswell(relooking at the trailers and things i dont think Battlefield 6 will be on the Gamepass atleast not straight away, anyway i wanted to then go and link my EA account to my xbox account when trying to link my account i got a pop up saying my xbox account has already been linked to another EA account and i cant link my account so i was like thats weird i contact the support which then secured the account for me which i find very weird they literally just jacked someone account changed the email to my email and then sent a password reset to my email so now that unknown EA account with my xbox linked to it is my EA account with my Xbox linked to it so i do what anyone would try and do and unlink my xbox account as the EA account not mine and i dont wish to keep it i try to unlink i get the verification code on email to unlink but when i unlink nothing happens and the link stays after the page is refreshed.

so i contact support again going through 3 support people finally one of the support people sees there is a Ban on the account so thats making me not able to unlink the account they send me to the page where you appeal for a ban but that page shows there is no ban so they just give me a link where you can type you want to appeal for a ban i try to appeal for a ban but the option where you select to send a email or get contacted over a email is not there like the support says, so now i cant submit a Appeal  the normal support cant help me they just keep saying this is the TOS support part but they cant put me through to them
