Sorry to hear about the situation, and I can understand why this has been so upsetting.

We’re not able to review or escalate ban cases directly here on the forums. If you believe this action was applied incorrectly, the best next step is still to continue through the official appeal process.

If you’ve already appealed and still want the case looked at again, you can submit another appeal and include any additional information you feel is relevant. As for the issue you mentioned about not being able to effectively reach our support team through the official channels, you may want to try this webform.

Assuming that you're not talking about the chat bot, EA NextStep, reviews are handled manually. This has been confirmed several times here by EA staff members. However, the ToS team only use set-text when responding for consistency and to avoid giving away any confidential information.

我的《战地6》账号仍然被锁定，但我的惩罚历史目前没有显示任何有效的制裁记录。同时，由于“内部服务器错误”，我无法提交任何新的申诉，也无法访问在线聊天支持，即使尝试其他案件类别。

因此，我实际上无法通过任何官方渠道联系EA客服。

  I submitted a case regarding my account appeal, and the page indicated that it was successfully submitted. However, I did not receive any confirmation email. When I checked my case history, the case I had just submitted was not listed at all. I am not sure whether this is due to a system issue or another reason. In any case, since March 18, I have been continuously trying to resolve this matter, but I am currently unable to complete the process or maintain contact with EA Support.

    Hi, that does sound unusual. Under normal circumstances, once an appeal has been submitted successfully, you should receive an email from [email protected] within 10 days, although in some cases it may take a bit longer. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. Could you check again recently to see whether you’ve received anything?
