I'm pretty sure there's an algorithm that protects lower level players and console players. Also, I'm convinced the server decides who's going to win before the match starts and gives them lag advantage.
Ya this is the worst feeling battlefield ever. They need to allow PC players to turn off cross-play, PERIOD.
