M16's bolt does not lock open, SOR556's bolt handle is non-reciprocating

I want to report two mistakes on guns.
One is brand new M16A4. When the gun is empty the player checks the bolt on the right side. Issue is it is visibly closed. It should be open as the M16A4 locks open on the last round fired.

On SOR556 MK2 the bolt handle is clearly non-reciprocating. That is incorrect. The bolt handle should travel back and forth as the rifle is fired.
