Very good pointers! I am a 50-year old who have played BF since BFBC2 and i agree to everything but the running part.
I have slow reflexes at my age but ive almost stopped ADS because i get killed instantly if i try to aim in a firefight. TTK is too fast.
I am playing on controller and though it took time i actually got pretty good att flying Helicopter i BF3 and BF4. The problem in BF6 is that the choppers feel too light and responsive. Theres no feeling of weight to them. AND the maps are too small in most maps u cant even lift off before being painted and pounded with missiles or another chopper hoovering over your base.
They should absolutely fix the footsteps audio for enemies and the sniper/ninja tank problem.
The visual clutter has almost always been an issue i BF, but with BF6 with all the environmental debris and smoke/dust and often small maps. Even with the indicators turned all the way down its almost impossible to see an enemy with everything on screen. This with the nr. 8 map issue creates a chaotic, random experience were the tactical elements and squad/teamplay gets thrown out the window. The amount of rooms/corridors/entrances/ is too much. I miss the chokepoints battles from earlier BF games. Metro, anyone? Seine Crossing?
The game is good, but like u said with these things changed it could be great!
You mar a valid point, the running part isn’t the most pressing issue and wouldn’t mind if it staying as it is if the TTK was lowered.
