Honestly it wouldn't make much of a difference, we might see a more split selection between assault and support but implementation will be key. The culprit is the players, everyone will try to play or stick to something they want the most. K/D players will stick with the class that can do that and since the game has open weapons their focus becomes health and ammo. Quite sure you can guess which rabbit hole that leads to
Personally I would like them to add a medic kit to throwables, which will kick start your health regen. You would still need support to resupply it but its important that is limited so support will still be the one we look to for health, resupply, and revive
