Make Support able to use C4 again

So why would Assault and Engineer need it more when Support has had it for the longest time in Battlefield's history? They are just ailenating their fanbase by changing something so core to the class.
This was when support was the engineer class, now support is the medic class. So you should really be asking for the engineer to get the C4.
