Make suppression a viable tactical tool

Suppression is near useless right now, I really think adding more weapon bounce/sway when you are under fire makes for a better experience. Snipers can sit in back while undire fire and still be able to accurately hit targets, it makes for low risk playing to sit out in the open and just plink away. I think this change could give squads more option to push foward entrenched enemies and promote better team play

    something like 3 or 4 is perfect, im not asking for anything insane but just something, bc rn its about as good as nothing

    Seeing alot of enrgy in the community about how oppressive snipers are. I think its worth reiterating that removal of suppression's accuracy pentaly is a direct contributing factor to this. There is ZERO punishment for snipers to be out in the open and exposed. Arguments of "just land your shots" are often from players who lack a broader perspective. Snipers have to land a singular shot at range mind you with most rifles having near zero bullet drop plus rangfinder makes it literally trivial to range in shots. Non snipers have to land multiple shots at range, plus when you hit snipers there is ZERO flinch for them so they can just dome you with perfect accuracy no matter what. Dice wanted to make sniping too arcade like COD and they got what they wanted.
