In the past, when I have played it, it would usually be one guy or a squad up on the bridge, but my most recent game was ridiculous. At least HALF the enemy team was up on the bridge and proceeded to use it as a spring point to exploit on all the following objectives. Our team had ZERO way to counter it, and we lost the breakthrough game in less than 10 minutes. PATCH IT or BAN these guys, it's RIDICULOUS.
Yeah they need to fix it, took me some time to notice, as I wondering how either my team or the op for just steam rolls and the match is over pretty quick vs other comparable maps. Why when this map shows up in the rotation, half the people leave.
Also explains why sometimes a IFV / tank seems like its randomly trying to destroy a building by one of the HQ's but it's one of the buildings that allows the glitch.
There's also the unfinished building 3rd/ 4th floor that they can ladder to one of the manhattan bridge support columns and ladder high enough to parachute over to it
Cairo has the issue with ppl camping on the roof (I guess assaults can ladder up there), esp the breakthrough casual / breakthrough initiation.
