MAS-148 is useless compared to other launchers. Please buff?

absolutely agree, it doesnt deal more damage to the top of the vehicle, but other launchers do??? wtf?
it doesnt target from "long range" and you only have two rockets, when you need 5 to kill a tank.... (not counting in the rockets he smoked away).
it is market, but it is lost with a god **bleep** gunfire temps, since the rockets lose lock on without any countermeasures.
