I don't underestimate how many people cheat. It's just that the average player is completely incapable of discerning the difference between a good player and a cheater.
Simply put, you need proper proof before banning people. Having a high k/d certainly isn't reliable proof. It is at best reason for suspicion.
It is against the forum rules to accuse specific users of cheating. If you think they are cheating, you should report them through the proper channels.
There are statistics and human limitations. if the average of a high lvl gamer is 4 k/d and if someone happens to appear out of nowhere with 7 k/d, you better believe they cheat. The difficulty to reach high k/d is exponential. No pussified treatment for cheaters, if it's clear as day, they need to be branded for the scum of the earth they are. The if's and the maybe's are just gaslighting so they get away with it. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, then it is a duck. I owned servers, had a clan with several hundred members, i know cheaters, they will put out their mother for sacrifice pretending they don't cheat even when you put the 100% proof right in their face.
