Time to Kill is way too long

The multiplayer TTK is a bad joke.

Because of the bad servers we need 25-30 bullets to kill soldiers.

In Redsec it´s worse:

You can´t kill a soldier with one mag! With 30 bullets you should kill 2 soldiers! You want realism? Make the whole face headhot. 

But when the enemy shot´s me down with one or two bullets (it sounds like) the TTk is OK. A present to console players?
