Matchmaking and map's size are horrible

What is happenning with the matchmaking... I'm always getting snowballed like 900 points to zero despite having great-games. And another thing, we know the maps are too small, but you should't be able to get a lock-on when you're in the spawn, most of the time our air assets can't even get out of the spawn, allowing the enemy to get complete control of the skies early on ...Enemy Jets are literally flying high over our spawn shooting everything that tries to get out, seriously getting annoyed !
