It's the same thing in Conquest.

My squadmates are always low level, horrible players. Every single match. It's unreal how consistent it is because I am not sure how they would even implement an algorithm like that. But in 60 hours I do not have one single Top Squad even though I have a TON of MVPs.

Having a system like this is terrible and makes no sense. Just have squads be totally random. Stop trying to punish players. All it does is make me not play the game at all.
