Matchmaking is extremely broken, and there are too many hackers.
So I have never once been put with players in a squad in redsec that were higher level than me. Not one single time.
Instead, I get put with this, constantly:
Now, ignoring for a moment that one of these guys had an extremely offensive name. ... when these low levels inevitably picked a fight they couldn't finish, I did my best but was 1v3'd. Then, I was spectating the guy with the offensive name, and he 100% was running a wallhack. He mag dumped straight into a concrete wall with an enemy behind it... but because he's such a noob, he didn't know you couldn't shoot through that wall. He was promptly killed while trying to reload, but that isn't the point, is it?
Two questions. Question 1: Why does SBMM never work in my favor? Why don't I ever get to join a squad of high level awesome players, EVER? It hasn't happened even a single time. Not once. Why do I have to chaperone complete scrubs EVERY SINGLE RUN? I literally can not count the number of level 1 players that end up in my squad. The very first time they are launching the game, and then end up in my lobby and on my squad. It's too frequent for it to be accidental. Is it meant as an anchor for higher level players to drag? ... because that's what it feels like. It's literally going to cause me to stop playing the game.
Question 2: Why are the other squads I'm facing not being anchored in this way? When I solo queue, Why am I facing premade 4-stacks of terminators?
Seriously though, am I alone here? Why does the skill-based manipulation feel so heavy handed? Why are there so many hackers in this game? Anyone else noticing this stuff?
