Matchmaking is Killing this Game

Every match (when we finally get enough players and not bots) one of the teams is far superior to the other.  I've noticed with the teams that steamroll the other side that the average level of every player is wayyyyy higher than the other team.  I was in a lobby where one team didn't have a player over 80, while the other team had an average of people in the 150s.  I know this doesnt directly translate to a better player but jesus....at least attempt to balance this game.  Even if your servers are starting to feel like a ghost town you could at least make the fights interesting.  One of the largest developers in the world can't get matchmaking right in a shooter they've made for decades.......shame.
