medic class ?

Medic has been merged with Support into a single class. It's similar to how things were done in BF2042. 

It’s the support class now, which has a Combat Medic sub class and a classic support (fire support) sub class.

• Support
  • Gadget: Supply Crate - Heals and gives ammo.
  • Trait: Faster Revive & Drag - Faster revive when stationary.
  • Proficiency: LMGs - No sprint penalty with LMGs.
  • Fire Support Specialization: Deployable cover, faster mortars, mount bonuses.
  • Combat Medic Specialization: Heals, defibs, smoke cover, faster gadget recharge.
  • Active Ability: Active Medic - Mobile supply crate + fast revive.

I'm not entirely convinced whether I like or not that the support is now the medic and the support

I like general ideals behind these classes. Would though prefer classic seven doctrine with new gear added too them. Those trophy systems sounds cool add-on, much better than BF4 version + that delicious supply crate. Makes playing support extremely satisfying. Might even main that class instead of recon, depending on what friends chooses to play.

It's also EA's technical support and has ability to call engineer to repair game servers with blowtorch.
I kind of like that those two classes are combined, just one more reason to use and try different loadouts.

Apparent they moved the spawn beacon to Assault class now. And when the player that deployed it spawns on it, it gets destroyed.

So that’s bringing a whole new dynamic to the recon class and the assault class.

Interesting change to make assault full frontline infiltration/assaulting class. Just adding armor plate supplies similar of Angels from BF2042 would be cherry on top of cake. Giving even more reason to stick with your squad as an assault and support squad mates in assault.

I disagree, armor plates should never have existed in Battlefield. It's a mechanic for bad players who don't know how to use the environments to their advantage.

I accept armor plates in battle royale. 

From now on, your medic will be called Support ;)
