Microtransaction Pricing and challenges

The monetization in this game has gotten out of control. I am glad I skipped playing 2042 and grinding constantly for a battle pass. Every time you open the game you are greeted with an ad for the battle pass or some new item in the shop, almost as if the 70$ we spent goes to nothing. 

The game I have the most hours in is Satisfactory. I purchased that game for 30$ and have over 1,500 hours in the game. Our money seems to be respected less and less with new battlefield games, whereas other games I get a complete package. 

To add onto this topic, we are given even more challenges for the battlepass with no option to skip the Battle Royale mode. I hate that mode with a passion and it seems pretty bad to me that the limited time events have these modes as a requirement.
