First of all, i find it outrageous, that EA support directly sends me to FORUMS for help, instead of providing actual help.

So earlier in Season 1, the was this BF Pro exclusive bonus track with the assault skin "ghost" ripoff at the end. As you probably know, the whole thing was a fiasco with the track not being completable without paying real money, then they introduced the "85 point" challenge to complete it.

I, however, have completed all the challenges in the list "BEFORE" they changed the final challenge to the 85 points, so it got autocompleted and the whole track was marked as completed.

No rewards granted.

So i thought to myself, yeah it's gonna be the same as the fiasco with the battlepass, they will unlock them for me in a few weeks.

Then i watched this video by "TheCadWoman"

To my surprise, the reward were supposed to be granted to all BF Pro owners. I have (had) the BF Pro for season 1 and can provide proofs of purchase(otherwise i wouldn't even be able to complete the challenges in that track, duh).

I have not received any ingame message such as the one in the video, and those rewards are still not granted.

So technically i got scammed out of what i actually paid 25 euro for.

Since EA support cannot help me (here's the full quote)

 I am reporting this issue here. So is the BF pro thing a scam or can someone ACTUALLY provide some help?

I'm playing on steam by the way and have receipts for everything and can provide them upon request.
