Missing multiplayer, redsec, and campain installs!!!

I just opened the game which I own through the EA app, and the installs are missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the game still tells me I’m missing the installs and need to purchase them in game. What the heck is this crap and why isn’t the game I bought working?
