Missing "Road to Battlefield 6" Reward in Battlefield 6

I recently received the "Road to Battlefield 6" message and completed the related missions up to level 60 in Battlefield 2042 in anticipation of Battlefield 6. After logging into Battlefield 6, I received a message stating that the reward had arrived. However, I have not received the reward in-game.
Could you please advise on how to proceed? If the reward was omitted, I would appreciate it if it could be delivered promptly.
