More balanced games or some skill based matchmaking

Can we get some skill based matchmaking, so guys like me, who doesnt sweat 100 hours or more, a week in a game, can get actually some decent battlefield experience? Like its zero fun, to get steamrol...

I don't disagree, but EA/DICE are having trouble making lobbies without bots at the moment even when there are hundreds of thousands of players online in Steam alone.

The match-making system is obviously awful.
