More Thrustmaster and (insert brand here) joystick support

The joy works then doesn't work. I tried BF4 works, DCS works, BF6 doesn't work. Apparently doesn't recognize it most of the time. Repaired game, reinstalled game, new drivers, no other controllers attached.
